Boarding Assistant / Boarding Assistant

Collège Alpin Beau-Soleil SA Villars-sur-Ollon September 12, 2026

Immediate Start to June 2027

Our Philosophy

At Beau Soleil, we believe that actions speak louder than words. This philosophy is reflected in everything we do for our staff and students. We cherish a community ethos that emphasizes action, engagement, and participation both inside and outside the classroom.

Our unique holistic education is grounded in four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination. These values form the foundation of our supportive community, which boasts an international student body hailing from over sixty different countries, each with diverse academic backgrounds and aspirations for the future.

Through our curricular programs in both English and French, students graduate with either an International Baccalaureate (IB) or a High School Diploma. The moderate class sizes foster a flexible learning environment where staff members are encouraged to innovate and introduce new ideas in their teaching.

Our Community

Nestled in the picturesque heart of Villars-sur-Ollon, our location offers an enviable lifestyle, providing access to skiing in the winter and a plethora of outdoor and sporting activities year-round. Cultural gems like Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva are conveniently close for those seeking inspiration and adventure.

The Beau Soleil campus is a remarkable place to work, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Our ongoing campus development and maintenance programs ensure that our students and staff thrive in an environment they can proudly call home.

Your Profile

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join our community with an immediate start. At Beau Soleil, you will help shape an environment where kindness and effort are celebrated, curiosity is fostered, and every student feels truly at home—a place where both students and staff can grow and flourish.
