Job opportunity
At Beau Soleil, we believe that actions speak louder than words. This philosophy is reflected in everything we do for our staff and students. We cherish a community ethos that emphasizes action, engagement, and participation both inside and outside the classroom.
Our unique holistic education is grounded in four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination. These values form the foundation of our supportive community, which boasts an international student body hailing from over sixty different countries, each with diverse academic backgrounds and aspirations for the future.
Through our curricular programs in both English and French, students graduate with either an International Baccalaureate (IB) or a High School Diploma. The moderate class sizes foster a flexible learning environment where staff members are encouraged to innovate and introduce new ideas in their teaching.
Nestled in the picturesque heart of Villars-sur-Ollon, our location offers an enviable lifestyle, providing access to skiing in the winter and a plethora of outdoor and sporting activities year-round. Cultural gems like Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva are conveniently close for those seeking inspiration and adventure.
The Beau Soleil campus is a remarkable place to work, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Our ongoing campus development and maintenance programs ensure that our students and staff thrive in an environment they can proudly call home.
We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Boarding Assistant to join our community with an immediate start. Working closely with the Housemaster/mistress (HM) and Deputy Housemaster/mistress (DHM), you will help cultivate a warm and supportive atmosphere—a true “home away from home” where students feel comfortable, respected, and motivated to achieve their fullest potential.
As a constant presence in the house, you will play an essential role in the daily lives of our students, providing guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear. Whether assisting with studies, participating in evening activities, or sharing everyday moments, your contributions will enhance the boarding experience and create lasting memories.
This residential position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a vibrant international community while gaining valuable experience in pastoral care, education, and youth development. It is particularly well-suited for recent graduates or young professionals who are compassionate, responsible, and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
At Beau Soleil, you will help shape an environment where kindness and effort are celebrated, curiosity is fostered, and every student feels truly at home—a place where both students and staff can grow and flourish.
