Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and thorough individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within the hotel. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this role:
- Operation of the telephone switchboard.
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness in the entire hotel entrance and hall area.
- Vacuum clean the entrance area.
- Wash stone floors.
- Vacuum and wash the floors in all 3 lifts, as well as clean the walls, mirrors, and menu boxes.
- Vacuum the reception office and box area, and empty waste paper baskets.
- Keep the cloakroom tidy.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the garden.
- Brush down all upholstered furniture and vacuum regularly.
- Clean the fireplace and all lamps regularly.
- Ensure the hotel entrance is clean inside and out, and free of snow during winter.
- Maintain the parquet floor of the hall, washing when necessary.
- Empty ashtrays as needed.
- Carry out all rounds and checks according to the established plan.
- Collect breakfast orders from all floors.
- Assist guests by carrying skis and ski boots to the ski room during winter.
- If needed, accompany guests to and from the railway station.
- Collect or drop off luggage for guests at the railway station.
- Ensure that electric cars are always clean.
- Respond to and address guests' requests related to in-room dining and housekeeping services.
