Your Mission

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, forecasting, and procurement activities associated with your designated customers and products. You will serve as the key communication link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the planning process. Acting as a proactive business partner, you will implement management decisions, monitor forecasts, and provide insightful recommendations based on demand adjustments. Operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, your role will be crucial in anticipating demand, addressing market flexibility, minimizing risks, and supporting continuous business improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop demand forecasts by analyzing historical data and trends
  • Lead the procurement of commodities by optimizing inventory levels and costs
  • Ensure strong follow-up with suppliers' orders, including necessary escalations
  • Issue, explain, and communicate suppliers’ forecasts
  • Coordinate production planning and suppliers’ deliveries to meet flexible customer demands
  • Manage inventory targets (including safety stock strategy), reporting, and proposing solutions
  • Ensure timely and quality reporting

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain modules
  • Advanced level of English and French
