Your Impact

As a valued member of the Deals Financial Services team, you will focus on leveraging AI tools to support our Deals and Transformation teams in delivering exceptional services.

Your primary concentration will be on clients within the financial services industry, particularly large insurance companies. You will collaborate closely with our extensive US network and colleagues to achieve impactful results.

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in optimizing their legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations. Furthermore, you will work with our Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations, necessitating your expertise in managing complex project structures across various regions.

In this role, you will contribute to our rapidly expanding deals practice, a leading provider of M&A consulting services in Switzerland, effectively leveraging AI-based tools to enhance our offerings.

Your Skill Set

• You hold a Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
• You possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally gained within the industry or at prestigious consulting firms, such as the Big 4.
• You have a proven track record of successfully utilizing AI-supported tools in previous roles to assist organizations in managing and analyzing extensive datasets.
• Your experience includes M&A execution related to business integrations and carve-outs in the financial services industry, especially within insurance, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end transaction process.
• You bring project management expertise and the capability to oversee a Project Management Office (PMO) across multiple workstreams and geographies.
