Fixed-term Contract for 2 Years
The hallmark of our research is the development of new techniques to assess the impact of airway disease and environmental factors on lung function and lung development in neonates and children.
What You Can Expect
- Being part of a multidisciplinary group advancing research and clinical care in pediatric pneumology
- A well-equipped lung function laboratory performing around 2,000 lung function tests per year for both clinical practice and research
- An active research team including several PhD students, postdocs, and study nurses, headed by Prof. Philipp Latzin
Your Profile
- Master's degree in data management, data engineering, or a related field, with solid knowledge of legal and ethical aspects of clinical data handling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, take ownership of data management processes, and proactively support researchers
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to explain data concepts to non-engineers within an interdisciplinary research environment
- Fluency in English (German is an asset); experience in clinical settings and familiarity with healthcare records (e.g., EPIC), lung function data, or MRI data is a plus
