Danish-Speaking Lease Administrator (Part-Time)

Our client, a well-established international property organization, is seeking a Danish-speaking Lease Administrator to join their London-based team on a part-time basis. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a highly organized property professional with experience in lease administration, commercial property, or real estate support to manage a diverse portfolio spanning the UK and Denmark.
The Role
Working closely with the property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of commercial leases, ensuring accurate record keeping, financial coordination, tenant communication, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate lease records and property files
- Monitoring critical lease dates, including renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and notice periods
- Preparing monthly rental invoices
- Monitoring rents, service charges, insurance, and other property-related payments
- Reconciling invoices and investigating discrepancies
- Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and responding to lease-related queries
- Producing regular portfolio, lease expiry, and financial reports
- Supporting continuous improvement of lease administration processes and systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Danish and English (essential)
- Previous experience in lease administration, property management, commercial real estate, or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to understand and interpret lease documentation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Desirable
- Knowledge of UK and Danish commercial lease terminology
- Experience using lease management or property software
- Understanding of rent reviews, lease renewals, and other lease events
