You will create the structure, capability, and culture required to support Medivet's next phase of growth while ensuring that the estate remains effective, scalable, and aligned with the organization's long-term ambitions.
In addition to managing the existing portfolio, the Property Director will play a crucial role in defining the future of Medivet's physical estate, ensuring that practices, hospitals, and clinical facilities offer the best possible environment for delivering exceptional patient care. This includes developing innovative property formats, location strategies, and delivery models that enhance clinical capability, improve client experience, and create a scalable platform for future growth.
