Are you ready to take on new challenges in Switzerland? Our Techfirm Industrial Services team is looking to integrate a Cyber Security Specialist (m/w/d) who is eager to lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with pertinent standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and related cybersecurity standards.
• Align and coordinate activities across research & development, engineering, customer support, service, and product management.
• Implement processes for vulnerability management, reporting, and documentation.
• Support global cybersecurity initiatives and promote best practices.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management or technical leadership.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity processes, regulations, and standards including CRA, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and IEC 62443.
• A degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with industrial control or automation systems is an advantage.
