About the Role
In this position, you will oversee our CRM tool (ATURB v4) within the IT/IS department in Switzerland, ensuring the optimal usage of Accelleron applications and processes, primarily focused on ATURB. Reporting to the Power Platform Consulting & Support Team Lead, you will serve as the deputy Application Owner, coordinating the application strategy and the implementation of the CRM and other sales and service apps. As a Process Engineer, you will act as a consultant for Sales, Service, and Marketing processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
Your Responsibilities
- Process Engineering (PE):
- Collaborate closely with global process owners to identify process improvement opportunities enabled by new technologies/applications.
- Conduct continuous analysis, enhancement, and optimization of sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
- Consult global process owners before and during the implementation of process optimizations in IS applications with a focus on ATURB v4 (CRM) and other sales and service apps.
- Propose, advise, and support business process improvement initiatives, actively collaborating with global process owners to identify automation and optimization opportunities in Sales/Service processes.
- Represent ATURB v4 aspects in IS projects as the application owner/process engineer for assigned sales and service apps/processes.
- Ensure structured and transparent evaluation of new applications, add-ons, and functionalities in our CRM based on MS Power Platform technology.
- Manage projects and participate in Accelleron process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the proper implementation of Accelleron IT standards during process improvement projects, aligning with applications and infrastructure service strategies.
- Application Owner (AO):
- Act as the primary contact for sales, service, and marketing units regarding ATURB V4 and other related applications.
- Coordinate application strategy and implementation as the deputy application owner alongside global process owners and Accelleron IT management.
- Support implementation and changes to the application from a business perspective, expanding knowledge of business processes and the application landscape.
- Ensure that Global Process Owners receive the necessary training to facilitate efficient usage of the application.
- Oversee and mentor external support providers and the ATURB RUN organization in incident management.
- Enhance master data quality in collaboration with relevant managers and the Accelleron master data governance organization.
- Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding task completion and sharing expertise.
- Represent Accelleron IT in IS projects as the application owner/process owner for assigned sales, service, and master data supported by ATURB V4 or other related applications.
Your Challenges
- Implement Accelleron’s business strategy with a focus on processes and applications in relevant domains.
- Execute Accelleron processes and IS strategies effectively.
- Assist in the planning of processes/application roadmaps in close collaboration with global process owners.
- Efficiently coordinate projects with Accelleron’s internal or external delivery teams.
- Monitor and manage escalations to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs by Accelleron’s internal or external support teams.
- Manage the budget for assigned applications.
Your Background
- Strong innovative and comprehensive network thinking within the process and IS environments.
- Expertise in organizational and technical change management.
- Proficiency in proactive escalation and conflict management.
- Solid project management experience with Agile/Hybrid approaches.
- Familiarity with strategic Microsoft technologies, particularly MS Power Platform.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and mobile applications (Native, HTML5, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft DevOps.
