Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for our CRM tool (ATURB v4) within the IT/IS department in Switzerland, ensuring optimal usage of Accelleron applications and processes focused on ATURB. Reporting to the Power Platform Consulting & Support Team Lead, you will act as Application Owner (deputy) coordinating the application strategy and implementation of the CRM as well as other sales and service apps. As Process Engineer, you will serve as a Process Consultant for Sales, Service, and Marketing processes within Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with global process owners to identify improvement potentials enabled by new technologies and applications.
  • Continuously analyze, enhance, and optimize sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
  • Consult global process owners during the implementation of process optimizations in IS apps, focusing on ATURB v4 and other related applications.
  • Identify and support business process improvement initiatives, actively engaging with global process owners to find automation opportunities.
  • Represent ATURB v4 aspects in IS projects, acting as application owner/process engineer for assigned sales and service applications.
  • Ensure structured and transparent evaluation of new apps, add-ons, and functionalities in our CRM.
  • Manage projects and participate in Accelleron's process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the proper implementation of Accelleron IT standards during process improvement projects.

Application Owner Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for sales, service, and marketing units regarding ATURB v4 and related applications.
  • Coordinate application strategy and implementation as deputy application owner in collaboration with global process owners and Accelleron IT management.
  • Support changes to the application from the business perspective and build application-specific knowledge about business processes.
  • Supervise and coach external support providers and oversee incident management; coordinate testing with global process owners and power users.
  • Ensure high master data quality and collaborate with relevant domain managers to optimize business value.
  • Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding task completion while sharing expert knowledge.

Your Main Challenges

  • Implement Accelleron's business strategy with a focus on processes and applications.
  • Active support for process/application roadmap planning aligned with global process owners.
  • Efficient coordination of projects with internal or external delivery teams.
  • Monitor and manage escalations to ensure adherence to SLAs.
  • Budget management for assigned applications.

Your Background

  • Innovative thinking in process and IS environments.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Proactive conflict management abilities.
  • Professional project management experience using Agile/Hybrid approaches.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, especially MS Power Platform.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.
  • Exposure to mobile applications (Native, HTML5, etc.) and Microsoft Visual Studio/Microsoft DevOps.
