Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for our CRM tool (ATURB v4) within the IT/IS department in Switzerland, ensuring optimal use of Accelleron applications and processes, primarily focused on ATURB. Reporting to the Power Platform Consulting & Support Team Lead, you will act as the deputy Application Owner, coordinating the application strategy and implementation for CRM and other sales and service applications. Additionally, you will serve as a Process Consultant for Sales, Service, and Marketing processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
Your Responsibilities
- Process Engineering (PE):
- Collaborate closely with global process owners to identify opportunities for process improvement through new technologies/applications.
- Continuously analyze, enhance, and optimize sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
- Consult with global process owners during the implementation of process optimizations in IS applications, with a focus on ATURB v4 and other related apps.
- Identify, propose, and support business process improvement initiatives. Engage actively with global process owners to explore further automation and optimization opportunities in Sales/Service processes.
- Represent ATURB v4 aspects in IS projects in the role of application owner/process engineer.
- Ensure structured evaluation of new apps, add-ons, and functionalities in our CRM based on MS Power Platform technology.
- Manage projects and participate in Accelleron process improvement initiatives.
- Application Owner (AO):
- Act as the primary contact for sales, service, and marketing units regarding ATURB V4 and related applications.
- Coordinate application strategy and implementation in collaboration with global process owners and Accelleron IT management.
- Support application implementation and changes from the business perspective and enhance application-specific knowledge regarding business processes.
- Supervise external support providers in incident management and coordinate testing with global process owners and power users.
- Ensure high master data quality in alignment with Accelleron's master data governance organization.
- Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and sharing expert knowledge.
Your Main Challenges
- Implementing Accelleron business strategy focused on processes and applications.
- Supporting process and IS strategy execution.
- Coordinating process/application roadmap planning in collaboration with global process owners.
- Efficiently managing projects with internal or external delivery teams.
- Monitoring and managing escalations to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Managing budgets for assigned applications.
Your Background
- Innovative thinking in process and IS environments.
- Professional experience in organizational and technical change management.
- Proactive escalation and conflict management skills.
- Professional project management experience (Agile/Hybrid approach).
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly MS Power Platform.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and mobile applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio/Microsoft DevOps is beneficial.
