Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mise en place and table preparation.
- Deliver dishes and provide support during service.
- Clear tables and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Support the service team as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Guarantee exceptional guest experiences and uphold consistent luxury service standards.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, including HACCP and LQA, while driving continuous improvement.
- Adhere to daily service protocols and standards.
- Regularly review and update guest CARDEX profiles.
- Build guest loyalty and develop clientele while actively promoting the hotel.
- Anticipate and meet guests’ requests proactively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or potential risks involving guests or colleagues to management.
