Deloitte Forensic is one of the largest forensic advisory practices in Switzerland, providing specialized advice across a broad spectrum of industries on issues such as fraud, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and regulatory investigations. Much of our work is highly sensitive and subject to regulatory scrutiny and media attention.

We are expanding our forensic practice and are seeking talented, highly motivated, and innovative practitioners with strong managerial experience in investigations, regulatory inquiries, and disputes. Our team is looking for individuals passionate about pursuing a career in eDiscovery, technology-driven investigations, and data management. Knowledge discovery from both unstructured and structured data is our core expertise.

In addition to traditional forensic and eDiscovery activities, we also collaborate on data management and transformation programs, including M&A-related data activities, data separation, and contract migration. To enhance these workflows, we are investing in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic assistants, utilizing these technologies in a defensible, auditable, and secure manner to improve triage, review, and insight generation.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Become responsible for collecting, preserving, and analyzing electronic data to assist investigators and legal counsel in establishing facts, timing, and the scope of any misappropriation or misconduct.
• Engage in traditional eDiscovery and computer forensics tasks by assisting with evidence collection from devices and cloud sources, processing and analyzing large volumes of data, reviewing mobile phone logs, recovering deleted text messages, and locating critical documents.
• Support Discovery & Data Management workstreams by helping to build and operate scalable ingestion and processing pipelines, structuring diverse data for analysis, and contributing to data transformation projects (e.g., M&A-related activities, data separation).
• Apply GenAI and LLM capabilities (e.g., embeddings, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering) to accelerate triage, review, and insight generation, with a strong emphasis on defensibility and secure handling of sensitive material.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are technically inclined, curious, and detail-oriented, capable of taking on responsibility, and thriving under pressure while delivering quality results.
• Proficient programming skills in at least one general-purpose language (e.g., Python, C#) and one data query language (e.g., T-SQL); knowledge of Knowledge Graph modeling or semantic search is a plus.
• A practical understanding of NLP, generative AI, and agentic AI, with experience in text classification and semantic search, would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of common operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Unix, MacOS) would be beneficial.
• You are either completing or have completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Natural Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Aware of chain-of-custody, data privacy, and model governance principles, which are crucial given the sensitive nature of our work.
• You can confidently communicate in English; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.
