You will focus on Swiss Individual Tax, working in a high-impact team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the complex needs of our global clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

• You will have the opportunity to take ownership from day one and engage in client-facing activities.
• You will work on global engagements and collaborate with your team to provide services related to individual tax, social security, and advisory projects.
• You will conduct research and prepare tailored advice for each client.
• You will learn and apply your technical knowledge directly to engaging cases and assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law, business administration, or a related field, ideally with tax knowledge.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing tax compliance and advisory services to international clients, internationally mobile workers, and/or high-net-worth individuals. Prior experience at a Big 4 firm, law firm, or a similar organization is required.
• You are curious, bold, and collaborative, bringing a positive, results-oriented attitude and adeptness at finding solutions for diverse clients.
• You enjoy challenging the status quo, are interested in the broader context of your work, and operate independently and efficiently with a solution-focused mindset.
• You have strong attention to detail, are proficient in MS Office applications, and possess an aptitude for technology and analytics.
• You communicate confidently in French and English.
