Shape the Future of Life Sciences Across the Globe.

As a Consultant within our Life Sciences practice, you will develop and apply your knowledge of the ethical rules and regulations governing the marketing activities of the life sciences industry. You will assist our clients in testing, developing, and improving key compliance operations to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and establish a competitive advantage. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will help ensure that patients worldwide are prescribed the correct medical products for the right reasons.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Help companies navigate the risks associated with promoting medical products and engaging with healthcare professionals, governments, and the public. Assist in assessing compliance with legal and industry requirements while adapting clients' operations to align with evolving industry standards.
• Conduct monitoring and support internal audits to identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through hands-on project work, training sessions, and knowledge sharing in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Motivated individuals eager to develop specialized knowledge and apply new technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work methodically, pay attention to detail, and apply knowledge consistently.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong skillset for data analysis and effectively communicating results.
• A degree in business, accounting, or science.
• Fluency in English with good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in German, French, or other languages is a plus.
