In Global Employer Services, we support internationally mobile employees and executives as they work across borders. Our work ensures that individuals assigned abroad, relocating to Switzerland, or working in multiple countries remain compliant with tax and social security rules, both locally and internationally.

You will focus on Swiss Individual Tax and Social Security, working in a high-impact team to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the complex needs of our global clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will have the opportunity to take ownership from day one and engage in client-facing activities in the field of Swiss tax and social security.
  • Prepare Swiss tax declarations, file social security applications, and analyze complex international tax and social security positions.
  • Conduct research and prepare tailored advice for each client.
  • Develop specific knowledge in Swiss national and international tax and social security, bilateral agreements with the EU, and applicable double tax treaties, combining your strengths and skills with our experienced teams to develop your full professional and personal potential.
  • Learn and apply your technical knowledge directly to engaging cases and assist in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business, economics, finance, or similar fields.
  • Applicants without a university degree but with relevant experience (e.g., with social security authorities or tax offices) are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in German & English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous mobility or tax experience is a plus but not required.
