Job Opportunity: CNC Screw Machine Operator
We are currently seeking a CNC Screw Machine Operator to join the production department of one of our clients, a renowned Swiss industrial company specializing in the manufacturing of high-precision components. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values expertise and quality.
Your Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC machines.
- Carry out necessary setups for small series manufacturing.
- Launch, monitor, and control production processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality, precision, and deadline requirements.
- Participate in the industrialization and manufacturing of new products.
- Identify opportunities for program optimization and machining processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the workshop.
- Perform routine first-level maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to resolve any issues encountered.
Your Profile:
- Technical training in screw machining, mechanics, micromechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in programming, setting up, or operating multi-axis CNC machines.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and dimensional requirements.
- Passion for producing small series and high value-added parts.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a rigorous approach.
- Excellent dexterity and a keen eye for precision work.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for finding technical solutions.
- Flexible and conscientious, motivated by new challenges.
- Experience in a micromechanical, watchmaking, or precision industrial environment is advantageous.
