Job Opportunity: Claims Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee their French reinsurance portfolio. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across Property and Casualty lines, with a specific emphasis on Motor and Bodily Injury claims. In addition to these primary focus areas, the Claims Manager will also support selected markets as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assess claims within the Property and Casualty lines, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Focus heavily on Motor and Bodily Injury claims, delivering expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Provide support to selected other markets as required, adapting strategies to suit varying needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in claims management within the reinsurance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance, particularly Motor and Bodily Injury.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
