Insurance Specialist / Specialist in KTG and UVG Benefits (m/f/d)

Activity

We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Insurance Specialist in the corporate sector. You will be responsible for the customer-oriented execution of the entire benefits area in daily sickness benefits and accident insurance within your customer portfolio. Your role will involve:

• Conducting coverage checks
• Calculating daily benefits and pensions
• Managing UVG healing costs
• Performing overinsurance calculations
• Handling recourse matters
• Collaborating with case management and trusted doctors
• Coordinating with brokers, legal services, and other social insurances

You will maintain written, telephone, and personal communication with policyholders, contractual partners, and various stakeholders, including specialists, expert offices, and lawyers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a commercial or medical background, along with experience in claims processing within the personal insurance sector, specifically in KTG and UVG. Additional training as a social insurance specialist is advantageous. Proficiency in common foreign languages is also a plus.
