  • Design the scope of cover, determine and refine contract wordings, and lead the end-to-end placement process with approved reinsurers.
  • Coordinate and review exposure information and data submissions to ensure suitability for both internal and external treaty pricing.
  • Support reinsurance planning, treaty compliance, and governance in line with Zurich Risk Policy and Group Reinsurance standards.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with reinsurers, brokers, and key internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted expert and advisor.

  • A strong understanding of reinsurance contracts and pricing concepts, with the ability to interpret and apply governance and risk policies.
  • A proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external (e.g., reinsurers, brokers, business units), and influencing decisions in an international setting.
  • Excellent analytical and data skills, with the ability to review exposure information, support pricing, and ensure data quality for informed decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
