Your Mission:
- Support & Care: Provide loving care and educational support to our little heroes, aged 3 months to 4 years.
- Inspire Learning: Implement our bilingual educational concept to foster early childhood learning and support each child's individual development.
- Lead with Heart: Organize and lead your group creatively, transforming everyday moments into magical learning experiences.
- Partner with Parents: Communicate openly and professionally with parents, offering empathy and expertise regarding their child's development, and organize parent meetings and events to cultivate a strong community.

Your Superpowers:
- You have completed training as an EFZ childcare specialist or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You bring experience working with children and possess a passion for early education.
- You have excellent English skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
- You are creative, flexible, and a strong team player.
- You are excited about contributing to and shaping our bilingual educational approach.
