Sales Consultant - Surgery (Romandie Region, Switzerland) - Biosurgery Portfolio

Join our dynamic Surgery team, where you will be part of a high-performing, collaborative group focused on enhancing surgical outcomes in one of the most rapidly evolving specialties within MedTech. This field-based position covers the Romandie region, working closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to provide best-in-class solutions that revolutionize patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to meet sales targets within the Biosurgery portfolio.
  • Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery.
  • Introduce innovative product offerings and enhance the adoption of existing product lines.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain enduring relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Expand market share for the portfolio across the Romandie region.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product usage.
  • Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnerships, training, and service excellence.

Qualifications – Required

  • University degree (Uni/FH).
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment.
  • Experience specifically in orthopaedics, spine, neuro, cardiovascular, and/or surgery.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A self-driven, solution-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows.
