We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager for our Cardiac Imaging & Structural Heart division, responsible for driving the development and execution of a sustainable growth strategy for our Intracardiac Echo (ICE) portfolio in the EMEA region. This role is EMEA-based and will serve as the regional lead for imaging strategy, product launches, and adoption efforts, with a strong focus on critical processes related to business planning, strategic marketing, portfolio management, market research, and multi-channel marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will report to a US-based Director of Global Strategic Marketing and will require effective cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Global Education teams, and external partners to achieve regional and global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead strategic marketing plans and programs for our ultrasound product portfolio to accelerate ICE penetration and revenue growth in electrophysiology and structural heart in EMEA. This includes market sizing, identifying opportunities, contributing to a five-year roadmap for global planning, and providing recommendations for R&D prioritization.
  • Define procedural and clinical adoption playbooks for EMEA markets, identifying and eliminating local adoption barriers while optimizing imaging workflows within cath labs.
  • Drive regional product launch planning and coordination, which includes local market segmentation, pricing input, reimbursement positioning, demand generation tactics, and training/enablement in collaboration with Commercial and Global Education teams.
  • Partner with local markets to ensure business continuity through demand planning and forecasting activities, and communicate business progress or opportunities to senior management.
  • Shape evidence generation and clinical claims strategy for EMEA by collaborating with HEMA and Clinical/Medical Affairs to define clinical study needs, generate local evidence, and communicate outcomes in terms of payer and provider value.
  • Provide ongoing market and competitor intelligence specific to EMEA to inform product positioning, lifecycle decisions, and competitive strategies; continuously scan for disruptive technologies and trends across the region.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver product launches and commercial initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA or advanced clinical degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in medical device/imaging product management, marketing, or commercial roles; prior exposure to electrophysiology, structural heart, and/or intracardiac imaging strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cardiovascular procedures and the technical requirements of imaging-guided interventions.
  • Experience in translating clinical insights into product requirements and commercialization plans across hardware, catheters, software, and AI-enabled imaging features.
  • Proven success in working within a matrix organization and influencing senior stakeholders across Global and Regional functions without direct line authority.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to develop regional forecasts, build business cases, and articulate ROI and economic value to payers and customers.
  • Experience with evidence generation, HEOR, or clinical study design, along with the capability to align clinical outcomes with commercial value propositions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA and globally up to 30%, including attendance at major congresses and key customer engagements.
