Job Description
- Serve and advise a demanding clientele in the meat department
- Cut and present meat products professionally
- Manage merchandise and implement sales promotion measures
What We Expect
- Completed initial training as a butcher/charcutier, or experience in retail management in the meat sector, or as a chef/cook
- Professional experience in a traditional butcher shop is an asset
- High availability and strong service orientation
- Flexibility in terms of working hours
- Independent, impeccable, and rigorous work ethic
- Perfect knowledge of written and spoken French
- Friendliness and teamwork skills, along with a well-groomed presentation
