We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating an inviting bar atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service while fostering a welcoming and professional bar experience for guests.
- Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and premium beverage offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, organized, and prepared for service at all times.
- Process guest orders accurately, manage payments, and adhere to proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal and hotel policies regarding alcohol consumption.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with hotel regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the restaurant and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and report stock shortages or equipment issues.
- Contribute to achieving departmental service, quality, and revenue objectives while upholding the luxury standards of the hotel.
