We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional bar experience while adhering to our hotel's high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service while creating a welcoming and professional bar experience for guests.
- Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and premium beverage offerings to provide recommendations.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, organized, and prepared for service at all times.
- Process guest orders accurately, handle payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal and hotel policies regarding alcohol consumption.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with hotel regulations.
- Collaborate closely with the restaurant and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and report stock shortages or equipment issues.
- Contribute to achieving departmental service, quality, and revenue objectives while maintaining the luxury standards of the hotel.
