Job Opportunity: F&B Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Operations Manager to take shared responsibility for the entire Food & Beverage (F&B) department, ensuring a seamless operation and exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the F&B department.
  • Manage purchasing activities for beverages and wines.
  • Monitor and manage the cash register and inventory management system.
  • Oversee the reservation system to guarantee efficient booking processes.
  • Prepare detailed statistics and analyses to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Write and design menus and promotional offers to attract customers.
  • Create duty rosters and work schedules to optimize staffing.
  • Ensure quality assurance and maintain high service standards throughout the department.
