Your Role

Your Mission
- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers, ensuring complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the use of ETEL products.
- Create, maintain, and update training materials and courses.
- Generate and update application notes and technical documentation.
- Serve as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their application in various customer contexts.
- Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer and market needs.
- Establish best-known methods and practices for the use of ETEL products.
- Support our sales teams by providing demonstrations and technical information on our products, aiding during customer negotiations.
- Conduct commissioning and performance testing of ETEL products, including demonstrations.
- Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and market research.
- This role includes approximately 20% business travel.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in the field of applications engineering.
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset.
- Strong programming skills (C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of control and regulation theory.
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
