Your Mission:
- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers, ensuring complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the use of ETEL products.
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
- Generate and update application and technical notes.
- Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their application in various customer contexts.
- Analyze problems and devise solutions to meet customer and market needs.
- Develop best-known methods and practices for the use of ETEL products.
- Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products, assisting them during customer negotiations.
- Perform commissioning, tests, and demonstrations of ETEL products.
- Recommend product improvements.
- This position involves approximately 20% business travel.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (electronics, mechatronics, physics, or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in the field of applications engineering.
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset.
- Good programming skills in languages such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of control/regulation theory.
- Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
