Your Mission:

• Act as the key contact for dedicated customers, ensuring complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
• Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the use of ETEL products.
• Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
• Generate and update application and technical notes.
• Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their application in various customer contexts.
• Analyze problems and devise solutions to meet customer and market needs.
• Develop best-known methods and practices for the use of ETEL products.
• Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products, assisting them during customer negotiations.
• Perform commissioning, tests, and demonstrations of ETEL products.
• Recommend product improvements.
• This position involves approximately 20% business travel.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (electronics, mechatronics, physics, or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience in the field of applications engineering.
• Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset.
• Good programming skills in languages such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of control/regulation theory.
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
