Your Mission
- Manage business travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, invitation letters) and maintain the corporate travel platform (Perk).
- Handle travel expenses management for Board Members, including verification and reimbursement follow-up.
- Support the organization of internal and external events (logistics, transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.).
- Oversee the full administrative coordination of apprentices, including rotation planning and internal follow-up in collaboration with HR.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive Assistant of the Managing Directors (meetings, correspondence, document preparation, translations).
- Contribute to internal communication activities (All Staff / All Managers communications, internal platforms, etc.).
- Ensure continuity of executive support in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
- Assist with reception tasks, including procedure updates, and cover reception desk and phone duties when needed.
- Assist Facilities & Security with administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- CFC commercial certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience as a company trainer for commercial apprentices is an advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and reliability.
- Strong communication skills – interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Service-oriented mindset – committed to delivering high-quality support.
- Proactive and flexible – able to anticipate needs and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Analytical and detail-oriented – work rigorously to ensure accuracy.
