Your Mission:

• Serve as the primary contact for dedicated customers, ensuring complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
• Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on using ETEL products.
• Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
• Generate and update application and technical notes.
• Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in various customer contexts.
• Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer and market needs.
• Establish best-known methods and best practices for the application of ETEL products.
• Support our sales teams by providing demonstrations and technical information on our products and assist in customer negotiations.
• Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests, and demonstrations.
• Recommend product improvements.
• This role involves approximately 20% business travel.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or equivalent).
• 5 years of experience in the field of applications engineering.
• Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset.
• Good programming skills in C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of control/regulation theory.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
