Allrounder - Property Operations (m/f) 100%
The Institut auf dem Rosenberg in St. Gallen is seeking a reliable, versatile, and proactive Allrounder to join our Property Operations team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our campus, including maintaining the building infrastructure, grounds, and equipment. You will be part of a dynamic and professional team that strives to create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our students, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Perform basic gardening duties on-site
- Repair equipment and appliances as needed
- Provide daily support based on the Property department’s requirements
- Assist with room setups, logistical tasks, and errands
- Perform driving services as needed
- Execute various tasks under the direction of the Property Operations Management and Head of Hotel Services
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
- Independence and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks
- High level of performance and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License (Category B)
- Communicative English required; German proficiency is a plus
