Shape how Tax & Legal professionals use AI in their everyday work. As AI becomes an essential part of professional services, our Tax & Legal teams have an exciting opportunity to enhance the way we work, collaborate, and deliver value to clients. In this role, you will help translate this opportunity into practical adoption by making AI tools accessible, relevant, and easy to use for our people.
Working closely with Tax & Legal teams, AI specialists, and colleagues across geographies and service lines, you will drive the AI adoption plan, build a strong community of champions, and help teams turn ideas into concrete use cases, prompts, templates, and automations.
You are curious, well-organised, and people-oriented, with a talent for making new technologies understandable, practical, and motivating for different audiences. You have a university degree or equivalent qualification in business, law, tax, technology, innovation management, change management, or a related field.
You bring experience in project coordination, change management, learning enablement, digital transformation, or technology adoption, ideally in a professional services environment. You are comfortable experimenting with AI tools and enjoy translating use cases into clear guidance, prompts, templates, or simple automations along with specialists.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or French is advantageous for collaborating with teams across Switzerland.
You will join a collaborative Tax & Legal environment in Switzerland, where innovation, knowledge sharing, and practical client impact go hand in hand. The role connects closely with professionals across our teams, AI experts in other service lines and geographies, and a growing network of AI champions. Together, you will create an open community where ideas, use cases, and experiences are shared, questions are welcomed, and teams are supported in applying AI confidently in their day-to-day work.
