Accounting Expert & Controlling Function

Mission
We are seeking a qualified professional in the area of financial accounting and controlling to support the regional sales organization in Switzerland for an internationally active industrial company. In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for financial processes in the region and serve as a key interface between local management and the headquarters.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, controlling, and reporting (P&L, balance sheet, budget, forecast, monthly and annual financial statements).
- Ensure compliance with all tax and legal regulations in Switzerland (VAT, social security, corporate taxes).
- Conduct monthly financial analyses and present key figures to management and regional controllers.
- Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and derive corrective actions.
- Perform month-end closings, including provisions, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Collaborate closely with management, HR, external consultants, and the headquarters.
- Take responsibility for cash flow, investments (Capex), and key financial metrics.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or controlling.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, VAT regulations, and tax law; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with VAT returns, social security declarations, and tax filings.
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with high accuracy.
- Proactive personality with an understanding of business-related interconnections.
- Fluency in German and English is essential; French is a plus.
