Accounting Expert & Controlling Function

Mission
We are seeking a qualified individual to join an internationally operating industrial company in the field of financial accounting and controlling. This role will provide support to the regional sales organization in Switzerland. You will hold overall responsibility for financial processes in the region and act as a central liaison between local management and headquarters.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, controlling, and reporting (P&L, balance sheet, budget, forecast, monthly and annual financial statements)
- Ensure compliance with all tax and legal regulations in Switzerland (VAT, social security, corporate taxes)
- Conduct monthly financial analyses and present key figures to management and the regional controller
- Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and derive necessary actions
- Execute month-end closings, including accruals, deferrals, and intercompany reconciliations
- Collaborate closely with management, HR, external consultants, and headquarters
- Oversee cash flow, investments (Capex), and central financial metrics
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or controlling
- Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, VAT, and tax law; IFRS experience is a plus
- Experience with VAT returns, social security declarations, and tax returns
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style with high accuracy
- Proactive personality with an understanding of economic relationships
- Fluency in German and English; French is an advantage
