Job Opportunity: Technical Trainer

Do you enjoy working with technology and helping others build their technical confidence? Our client, an international industrial technology company, is seeking a Technical Trainer to provide training to customers, partners, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with several years of experience in engineering, technical support, field service, maintenance, or related fields who wishes to transition into a training-focused role.

What You Will Do

• Deliver engaging technical training on specialized industrial equipment through a combination of classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and digital learning.
• Train customers, partners, and internal technical teams.
• Lead practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
• Create and update course materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Adapt technical information for audiences with varying experience levels.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to keep training content up to date.
• Track participant progress and maintain training records.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a technical environment or in technical support, field service, maintenance, or training.
• The ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

You do not need to be an experienced professional trainer, as candidates who regularly coach customers, technicians, or colleagues are also encouraged to apply.

• €4,000–€4,300 gross per month.
