Technical Trainer – Operations | Paris

We are recruiting a Technical Trainer – Operations for a fast-growing international company expanding its activities in France. This is a hands-on, field-based position that combines training, operational support, and quality standards. You will regularly visit partner locations across Paris and the surrounding area to support operational teams, deliver practical training, and ensure that processes and standards are implemented consistently.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and report to a Senior Manager.

The Opportunity

This position provides a unique opportunity to leverage your operational and culinary experience in a training-focused role. You will collaborate directly with partner teams across various locations, assisting them in implementing new processes, maintaining high standards, and achieving operational success. As the business continues to grow in France, the scope of your role will also expand, allowing you to contribute to new launches and broader operational initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver practical, hands-on training to teams at partner locations
  • Train teams on procedures, operational standards, and relevant tools
  • Support new launches and provide follow-up coaching as needed
  • Conduct operational and quality audits
  • Assess site readiness, capacity, and performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
  • Identify operational challenges and propose practical solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Travel regularly across Paris and the surrounding area, with potential wider travel as the business evolves

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in French and English
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a senior culinary, food operations, or similar hands-on operational role
  • Previous experience managing, coaching, or training teams
  • Confidence in delivering practical training directly on-site
  • Strong understanding of operational, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work with various teams and environments
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Right to work in France/EU

What They Offer

  • €40,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus
  • 39-hour working week with RTT
