IT Trainer Opportunity
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an IT Trainer to join one of our key partners for a brand-new IFS rollout. This contract offers the possibility of extension and is set to begin on 01/09/2026. The role operates on a hybrid basis, allowing for both remote and in-office work in Cannock.
Key Requirements
- Strong facilitation and classroom training experience
- Experience delivering systems, technology, or operational process training
- Confident training within field-based, operational, or engineering workforces
- Ability to manage challenging conversations and address resistance to change
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical, engaging, and adaptable training style
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
- Experience with ERP, mobile workforce, or field-service systems is advantageous
- IFS experience is a plus, but not essential
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, field service, or maintenance sectors is highly desirable
- Comfortable delivering face-to-face training in small workshop groups
