Your Role

As a key player in our team, you will lead the planning and execution of our most complex cross-team projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with technical leads and the product team to translate new initiatives into robust project plans.
• Driving the execution of these plans through ongoing progress tracking, managing dependencies, and resolving roadblocks.
• Establishing trustworthy rapport with all stakeholders while holding them accountable for their commitments.
• Getting hands-on in reviewing requirements or implementing simple technical solutions when necessary.
• Contributing your experience to advance the TPM practice and tooling at Daedalean.
• Ensuring that project commitments are met through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery, including financial and technical commitments in ambiguous situations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects under tight deadlines, including coordination with external parties such as contractors and suppliers.
• Delivery and certification experience from the aviation industry (PDR, CDR, SOI#1/2/3/4, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of common project management methodologies.
• Fine-tuned interpersonal skills to synthesize diverse opinions into a shared goal.
• Data-driven mindset combined with a hands-on attitude.
