Technical Product Owner - Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Contract Role

RED is currently seeking a talented Technical Product Owner to join a leading international organization that focuses on enhancing IT and marketing operations processes.

This role emphasizes a strong technical background and effective stakeholder management, requiring collaboration across various business, marketing, and IT teams to support ongoing platform, process, and delivery activities.

This is an initial 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, offering a minimum commitment of 24 hours (3 days) per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours (5 days) per week following the initial duration. The client embraces a flexible/hybrid working model.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a technical or IT environment
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Background in account management or stakeholder management is preferred
• General project management experience
• Ability to work closely with IT and technical teams
• Good understanding of ticketing processes and workflows
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile delivery processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Fluency in English
