Job Opportunity: Product Owner
We are seeking two talented Product Owners to support the delivery of national healthcare digitalization initiatives. In this role, you will define and manage business requirements for medication exchange and pharmacy monitoring solutions. You will act as the key interface between government stakeholders, healthcare providers, and development teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for healthcare digitalization projects.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with government authorities, healthcare providers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure solutions comply with Dutch healthcare regulations and program requirements.
- Support testing, stakeholder communication, and product roll-out activities.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in healthcare IT, preferably within GP (Primary Care) or Pharmacy Information Systems (PHIS/AIS).
- Knowledge of Dutch healthcare regulations and digital healthcare initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, requirements engineering, and communication skills.
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English.

- Duration: Until end of 2026 (extension possible)
- Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Location: 3 days/week onsite in Echt (NL), 2 days/week remote; monthly presence required in Utrecht
- Language: Dutch (native/proficient), English
