Job Opportunity: Product Owner
We are seeking two skilled Product Owners to support the delivery of national healthcare digitalization initiatives. Your role will involve defining and managing business requirements for medication exchange and pharmacy monitoring solutions. You will act as the key interface between government stakeholders, healthcare providers, and development teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for healthcare digitalization projects.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with government authorities, healthcare providers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that solutions comply with Dutch healthcare regulations and program requirements.
- Support testing, stakeholder communication, and product roll-out activities.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in healthcare IT, preferably within GP (Primary Care) or Pharmacy Information Systems (PHIS/AIS).
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch healthcare regulations and digital healthcare initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, requirements engineering, and communication skills.
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English proficiency.

- Start: Mid-August 2026 (before September 1, 2026)
- Duration: Until the end of 2026 (extension possible)
- Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Location: 3 days/week onsite in Limburg (NL), 2 days/week remote
- Languages: Dutch (native/proficient), English
