Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure, encompassing Windows and Linux servers, VMware, storage, and backup systems.
- Administer core infrastructure services such as Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
- Ensure infrastructure availability, security, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Automate infrastructure operations utilizing PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Play a pivotal technical role in infrastructure migration and separation activities.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support security and compliance initiatives.
Profile
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering and operations (focused on on-premises environments).
- Proficiency in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with infrastructure migrations and complex IT transformation projects.
- Excellent knowledge in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, enterprise storage, and backup solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Very good English language proficiency.
