Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and client's technical teams.
- Provide comprehensive solutions, deliver implementations, and offer high-quality services.
- Define requirements, develop solutions, and create roadmaps.
- Enhance systems architectures and design key features.
- Lead the planning, installation, and integration of client solutions.
- Deliver advanced services while maintaining and supporting overall customer relationships.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to partners and customers.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in integrating products in complex environments (experience in financial sectors is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer (or equivalent role).
- Familiarity with IT environments and frameworks (virtualization, VDI, backup, application management).
- Excellent knowledge of modern DevOps tools (Linux, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience in deployment of complex solutions.
- Good understanding of SQL and software development.
