Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor - Inspection GTF, you will be an integral part of the New Engines organization, overseeing the engine shop's operational organization and managing the Module and piece part inspection of GTF engines. You will ensure that our organization and processes align with all operational requirements (KPIs) according to the engine services operational schedule and OEM/regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace with high-quality workmanship in accordance with SRT and airworthiness regulations.
• Plan and allocate staff effectively, including vacation planning, to meet engine planning, productivity, and skill demands.
• Coordinate support across SR Technics (tools, equipment, documentation) to ensure smooth operations.
• Address quality deviations, audit findings, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Focus on training, development, and performance management to build a skilled, motivated team.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to achieve KPIs and strengthen a performance-oriented culture.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance in a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
• 5+ years of experience as a supervisor or lead technician.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), safety standards, and quality.
• Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems.
• English B2+ (German is a plus).
• Microsoft Office required; SAP is an advantage.
