Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew Roster Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and publishing monthly cabin crew rosters. Your key tasks will include:

  • Planning, optimizing, and publishing the monthly roster for cabin crews and trainees while maximizing crew satisfaction, productivity, and operational stability.
  • Developing and reviewing monthly roster scenarios and establishing priorities in alignment with capacity planning, crew control, and key interfaces.
  • Monitoring short-term crew capacity trends, assessing potential risks, and directing actions to maintain operational stability.
  • Assessing and implementing roster and absence change requests that impact ongoing planning.
  • Supporting cross-functional value streams with expert knowledge of planning processes and system functionalities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education.
  • Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or strategic resource management; familiarity with crew rostering systems is a significant advantage.
  • Operational mindset for assessing and deciding on planning scenarios and their dependencies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
