Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor - Inspection GTF, you will be part of the New Engines organization, acting as a Supervisor within the engine shop operational structure, overseeing the module and piece part inspection of GTF engines. You will ensure that the organization and processes meet all operational requirements (KPIs) in accordance with the engine services operational schedule, as well as OEM and regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace while maintaining high-quality workmanship in line with SRT and airworthiness regulations.
• Plan and allocate staff effectively, including vacation planning, to meet engine planning, productivity, and skill demands.
• Coordinate support across SR Technics (tools, equipment, documentation) to secure smooth operations.
• Address quality deviations, audit findings, and customer complaints, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Focus on training, development, and performance management to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to achieve KPIs and foster a performance-oriented culture.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft/turbine engine maintenance within a shop, hangar, or MRO environment.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, documentation (AMM/CMM/IPC), and safety standards and quality.
• Proven ability to manage workflow, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance documentation systems.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level (German is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
