Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a dynamic marketing and communication environment, working on creative projects alongside colleagues from around the globe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, creating, and publishing content on our social media channels, focusing on TikTok and Snapchat.
• Coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participating in concept creation and execution of various content projects.
• Supporting events while actively posting on our social media channels.
• Involvement in filming days for social media video and photo content.
• Engaging with our community by providing high-quality responses.
• Analyzing social media performance and deriving insights based on defined KPIs.
• Contributing your ideas, testing new trends, and continuously enhancing our social media presence.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following qualifications:

• A high school graduate (Matura) or a graduate of a specialized business, commercial, or vocational school, or completion of a three-year apprenticeship (EFZ).
• First work experience in a relevant field is a plus but not a must.
• The ability to research current social media trends and implement them quickly, resonating with Gen Z and Gen Alpha while maintaining a distinctive SWISS style for our @flyswiss channels.
• A creative, communicative, and visually driven personality with a knack for authentic and relevant content.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking German and English, with an understanding of platform-appropriate storytelling.
• A team-oriented and organized approach, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
