From June 29 to August 1, 2026, Beau Soleil Summer Camp invites children aged 8 to 17 from around the globe to a vibrant environment where they can explore, discover, and develop new friendships. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Swiss Alps, our camp promises an unforgettable experience that fosters both independence and self-confidence among participants. Key to our success are the dedicated individuals we employ!

Your Mission

We seek enthusiastic, motivated, and joyful summer camp staff who are eager to share their spirit of fun with our campers. As a monitor, you will lead a wide range of exciting activities, creating a friendly, warm, and safe environment that contributes to a vibrant camp atmosphere. Your positive energy will inspire and uplift our campers!

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure campers' safety and well-being during all activities.
• Take full responsibility for 10-12 campers, monitoring their safety and well-being.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational activities both on-campus and off-campus.
• Provide 24/7 care, emotional support, and guidance to campers.
• Assist campers in conflict resolution and foster positive interactions.
• Enforce camp rules and safety guidelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for families, addressing their concerns directly.
• Effectively communicate with campers, parents, and staff regarding schedules and any issues.
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Your Profile

• Minimum age of 20, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising and entertaining children/teens (ages 8-17).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Skilled in leading activities such as sports, arts, drama, dance, and leadership programs.
• Exhibits leadership qualities, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high capacity for managing workloads.
• Has experience working in multicultural environments.
• Comfortable performing on stage or in front of groups.
