Main Tasks and Responsibilities
As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire HR administration from onboarding to departure, which includes the issuance of employment contracts, certificates, and related documents.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintaining and updating personnel records and addressing queries related to employment contracts and benefits.
- Coordinating payroll administration with our payroll provider.
- Handling all personnel insurances, pension funds, and managing accident and sickness claims.
- Enhancing employer branding to attract new talent and supporting recruitment efforts for our growing team.
- Ensuring legal compliance and monitoring new regulations and requirements in the workplace.
- Supporting the organization of company events and team-building initiatives.
- Managing employee benefits and training programs.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the team.
- Contributing to the shaping of a high-performance culture and values within our organization.
- Assisting with conducting employee evaluations and surveys.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Your Experience
We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in HR. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of experience as a General Human Resources Specialist in a small organization.
- A solid understanding of HR management and administration.
- Experience in HR within the banking sector is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the recruitment process.
- A strong aptitude for numbers and proficiency in Excel.
- Empathetic characteristic traits and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Solution-oriented mindset, precision, hands-on approach, and a forward-looking attitude.
- Proactive nature and ability to work independently.
Your Education
The qualification requirements for this position are as follows:
- Education as an HR Specialist or HR Manager.
- An academic degree or higher education is advantageous.
- A background in banking is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
